Select the required width and length from Size. Ten yards equals 30 feet; 50 yards equals 150 feet. These are narrow converted rolls, rather than full-width master rolls.

3930 is unpunched. FDC 3980 is the separate punched version for compatible sprocket/pin-feed equipment. Punched and unpunched configurations are not interchangeable. Confirm cutter capability and minimum media width before ordering.

Processing and installation

Follow current 3M substrate preparation and application instructions. Background and complete sign applications require a mechanical or hand-driven roll laminator. The current 3M bulletin identifies flat-bed plotters as the most consistent cutting method, and permits hand cutting and single-sheet die cutting. Do not assume a standard roll-fed vinyl cutter can process this sheeting.

Imaging is limited to approved 3M matched-component systems. Qualified latex imaging requires the specified protective film; screen processing requires the specified 3M process colors. Confirm the complete system before production.

Service life and care

FDC lists outdoor durability up to 10 years. Actual service life and warranty coverage depend on color, exposure, fabrication and the approved component system; this is not a blanket warranty for converted striping. Follow 3M cleaning guidance and inspect installed signs regularly. Do not use this rigid sign sheeting as vehicle-wrap film.

Ordering and delivery

Allow approximately 10–14 days for arrival, including 5–7 days of processing.
