3M 180mC Graphic Film is a high-performance 2-mil (50 μm) cast vinyl designed for long-term, durable graphics that demand precision and versatility. Featuring 3M’s advanced Controltac™ pressure-activated adhesive and Comply™ technology with micro air release channels, it ensures fast, bubble-free installations with easy sliding, repositioning, and snap-up. Engineered for professional imaging, 3M 180mC is compatible with screen printing, electronic cutting, and a variety of inkjet printing methods including solvent, eco-solvent, UV, and latex. It adheres strongly to substrates such as aluminum, glass, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, ABS, and painted surfaces. Available in over 80 standard colors, including metallics, and customizable upon request, the film also features a lay-flat polyethylene-coated liner for consistent performance during conversion.
