Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cut products

  • Special order or pre-order items

  • Wearable or hygiene-related items (including but not limited to hats, masks, wigs, costumes, party items)

Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization. Items returned without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Restocking Fees

  • Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

  • Unauthorized returns may incur a 50%–100% restocking fee

  • A minimum 5% fee applies to all returns unless the item was reported damaged during transit

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Any additional shipping costs incurred beyond what was charged at checkout are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Shortage Claims

  • Damage or shortage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

  • Retain original packaging and provide photos when possible

  • Damage during transit is the responsibility of the carrier, and we will assist with claims

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only once the return is approved and received.

Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Applicable restocking fees apply

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
