At CrafterNV, we're committed to providing reliable, affordable shipping on professional sign supplies, architectural films, vinyl, digital print media, LED lighting, inks, equipment accessories, and related products.

As an online supplier, we ship directly from our distribution warehouses and manufacturers throughout the United States. This allows us to offer a wide selection of professional materials while keeping shipping costs competitive.

Standard Shipping Rates

CrafterNV offers straightforward shipping rates for eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

• Orders under $300: $9.95 flat-rate standard ground shipping.

• Orders of $300 or more: FREE standard ground shipping.

The $300 free-shipping threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.

3M DI-NOC Architectural Finishes are included in our standard shipping rates. There are no additional DI-NOC shipping surcharges.

Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed during checkout.

Shipping Destinations

Our published flat-rate and free-shipping offers apply to eligible shipments within the contiguous United States.

Orders requiring delivery outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations, are not covered by these standard shipping offers. Please contact us before ordering to determine whether shipping arrangements are available.

Order Processing Times

Most in-stock products are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and the shipping warehouse.

Please note:

• Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed during the next available business day.

• Processing times may vary depending on warehouse availability, manufacturer lead times, and product requirements.

• Some products require additional processing, cutting, preparation, or special ordering.

• Orders containing products from multiple warehouses may arrive in separate shipments.

Processing time is not the same as transit time. Delivery time begins after the order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier.

We make every effort to process orders promptly, but shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Special-Order Products

Certain products are ordered directly from manufacturers or may require additional time before shipment.

3M DI-NOC Architectural Finishes

Some 3M DI-NOC patterns are available through domestic inventory, while others must be special ordered from Japan.

For DI-NOC patterns sourced from Japan:

• When inventory is available, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for the material to reach the United States.

• Additional domestic transportation time is required after the material arrives in the United States.

• Inventory availability in Japan is not guaranteed.

• Lead times may be extended if the requested pattern or quantity is unavailable.

Customers with specific project deadlines should contact CrafterNV by email before placing an order.

Please include the manufacturer, pattern or part number, required quantity, dimensions, and requested delivery date so we can help verify availability.

IMPORTANT: All 3M DI-NOC orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed. Please verify the correct pattern, color, size, and quantity before completing your purchase.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped using standard ground transportation through established parcel carriers and our distribution partners.

The shipping carrier and fulfillment location may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, warehouse, and delivery destination.

Please be aware:

• Multiple items in one order may ship separately.

• Shipping confirmation and tracking information are provided when available.

• Some manufacturers may ship directly to the customer.

• Carrier transit times can vary by destination and service area.

• Weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may delay deliveries.

CrafterNV cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless a separate arrangement has been explicitly confirmed.

Oversized & Special-Handling Products

Our online catalog is primarily structured for products eligible for standard ground shipping.

Products requiring dedicated freight transportation or special oversized delivery arrangements are not currently offered through our regular online checkout.

If you need a product that requires special handling or freight transportation, please contact us before ordering to discuss availability and possible alternatives.

Any special shipping arrangements must be reviewed and confirmed separately before an order is placed.

Local Pickup / Will Call

Local pickup or will-call service may be available for select products, depending on inventory location and warehouse availability.

Not all products are stocked locally or eligible for pickup.

Customers interested in local pickup must email CrafterNV before placing an order to confirm:

• Product availability at the requested pickup location.

• Whether the product is eligible for will-call service.

• Applicable pickup instructions and timing.

Please do not assume an item is available for immediate pickup based on its online inventory status.

Pickup is not confirmed until CrafterNV has verified availability and provided instructions.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting an order.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause shipping delays, carrier delivery problems, or additional transportation charges.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to assist when possible, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

We take care to work with reliable manufacturers, warehouses, and shipping partners.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be missing items, please contact CrafterNV promptly by email.

For damaged shipments:

1. Inspect the packaging and materials upon delivery.

2. Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

3. Keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

4. Email us with your order number, photographs, and a description of the problem.

Please also notify us if a shipment is marked delivered but cannot be located.

We will review the situation and work with the appropriate warehouse, manufacturer, or carrier to determine the next steps.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may enter warehouse or manufacturer processing shortly after they are placed.

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us immediately by email.

Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been prepared for shipment, or shipped.

Certain products, including special-order materials, may be subject to additional restrictions.

All 3M DI-NOC orders are non-refundable once placed.

Please review all product specifications, dimensions, colors, quantities, and project requirements before completing your purchase.

Shipping Delays & Product Availability

Although we strive to maintain accurate product information, manufacturer availability and warehouse inventory can change without notice.

An item shown as available online does not necessarily mean it is physically stocked at a local warehouse or ready for immediate shipment.

If an order is affected by an unexpected product shortage, manufacturer delay, or other fulfillment issue, CrafterNV will make reasonable efforts to communicate available options.

We recommend confirming inventory and lead times before ordering materials needed for time-sensitive projects.
