Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff ship the next business day.

Pre-sale or special-order items will display estimated shipping timelines on the product page.

Standard Ground Shipping (Continental U.S. Only)

We ship orders within the Continental United States using standard ground service from our warehouse or authorized vendors.

Estimated Transit Time:
2–7 business days after shipment (processing time not included).

Shipping Rates (Price-Based)

  • $0–$299.99 = $9.95 Ground Shipping
  • $300+ = FREE Ground Shipping

Free and flat-rate shipping apply to standard ground shipments only and do not apply to freight items.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Freight Shipping (LTL – Business Delivery Only)

Certain oversized, heavy, or long-length items (including select 4' x 8' materials, 120" lamps, and LED products) require LTL freight shipping.

These products will be clearly marked on the product page as:
“This item ships via freight.”

Freight Shipping Terms

  • Flat rate freight shipping: $400 per shipment (where applicable)
  • Delivery is business-to-business only (dock-to-dock)
  • Residential delivery is NOT available
  • A loading dock or forklift is required at the delivery location
  • Lift gate service, limited access, or special handling may incur additional charges
  • Delivery appointments are not guaranteed
  • Signature is required upon delivery

Flat-rate and free ground shipping promotions do not apply to freight shipments.

Delivery Limitations

We currently ship only within the Continental United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

Some carriers require a physical street address and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned as undeliverable or refused:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Applicable restocking fees may apply
  • Additional return shipping costs may be charged

Freight Damage Claims

  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery
  • Damage or shortage claims must be reported within 48 hours
  • Original packaging must be retained for inspection
