Orders & Payment

CrafterNV reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including inventory availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

When an order is placed, your payment method may be authorized for the full amount. Payment is typically captured once the order ships. If an order is canceled after authorization, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

CrafterNV reserves the right to short-ship orders if inventory becomes unavailable before fulfillment.

Liquidation & Final Sale Items

Items marked as liquidation, factory direct, discounted, or final sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, credits, or additional discounts. All such items are sold as-is and will be clearly identified on the product page.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms, delivery estimates, and freight requirements are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. CrafterNV is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to restocking fees.

Warranty Disclaimer

All products and services on this Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrafterNV disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • Your Submission does not infringe the rights of others

CrafterNV is not obligated to use or display any Submission and may remove content at its discretion.

Indemnification
