CrafterNV is an online supplier of professional sign-making materials, architectural finishes, vinyl films, digital print media, LED lighting, inks, substrates, tools, and related products.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies. Please review them carefully before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

1. General Conditions

CrafterNV reserves the right to refuse or limit service or orders for legitimate business reasons, including product availability, payment verification, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or pricing errors, subject to applicable law.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.

We reserve the right to update our website, product offerings, pricing, and policies without prior notice, except where notice is required by law.

2. Products, Descriptions & Specifications

CrafterNV makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and technical information.

However, product information may be supplied by manufacturers and is subject to change.

Please note:

• Product photographs and colors may appear differently depending on lighting, monitors, and display settings.

• Manufacturer specifications, packaging, appearance, and availability may change.

• Product photographs may include representative applications, accessories, or installation examples not included with the purchased item.

• Dimensions, thicknesses, finishes, and technical specifications should be verified before ordering.

• Application photographs are illustrative and do not guarantee suitability for every project.

Customers are responsible for verifying that the selected product meets their project requirements, including compatibility, color, dimensions, installation conditions, and intended application.

For color-sensitive projects, we recommend ordering an available physical sample before purchasing larger quantities.

Nothing in this section excludes remedies for products that are defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied.

3. Professional Materials & Installation

Many products sold by CrafterNV are intended for professional or commercial applications.

These include architectural films, sign vinyl, digital printing materials, LED lighting, adhesives, laminates, and specialized sign-making products.

Customers and installers are responsible for:

• Reviewing current manufacturer technical data sheets and installation instructions.

• Confirming compatibility with intended substrates and equipment.

• Following manufacturer recommendations regarding surface preparation, installation, temperature, handling, and maintenance.

• Complying with applicable electrical, building, fire, and safety codes.

• Using qualified professionals when appropriate.

CrafterNV does not provide installation services unless expressly stated otherwise.

General product guidance or application suggestions do not replace manufacturer specifications or professional installation requirements.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

CrafterNV reserves the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product pricing, or other obvious listing errors.

If an error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer to offer corrected terms or cancel the affected item and issue any refund due.

Payment authorization and capture are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Timing may vary based on the selected payment provider and transaction.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee product availability or shipment.

5. Minimum Order Requirement

CrafterNV has a $20 minimum merchandise order requirement, excluding applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Orders below the minimum purchase amount may not be eligible for checkout.

CrafterNV may update minimum order requirements in the future.

6. Inventory & Product Availability

CrafterNV sources products from manufacturers and distribution warehouses throughout the United States.

Online product availability does not guarantee that an item is physically stocked at a particular warehouse or available for immediate shipment.

Inventory levels and manufacturer availability may change without notice.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will review available options, which may include:

• A revised estimated fulfillment date.

• A suitable replacement offered for customer approval.

• Partial fulfillment with the customer's agreement.

• Cancellation and refund of unavailable merchandise.

Where required by applicable law, customers will receive the opportunity to consent to a shipping delay or cancel for a refund.

CrafterNV will not substitute materially different merchandise without customer approval.

7. Shipping & Delivery

CrafterNV's standard shipping rates for eligible orders within the contiguous United States are:

• Orders under $300: $9.95 flat-rate standard ground shipping.

• Orders of $300 or more: FREE standard ground shipping.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.

3M DI-NOC Architectural Finishes are included in these standard shipping rates, with no separate DI-NOC surcharge.

Most regularly stocked products are processed within approximately 1–3 business days, subject to warehouse availability and product requirements.

Special-order products, manufacturer-direct items, and materials requiring additional preparation may have longer processing times.

Orders may ship from multiple distribution warehouses or manufacturers and may arrive in separate shipments.

Transit times and estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Shipping errors, damage, delivery issues, and other transportation concerns are addressed under our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

8. Special-Order Products & Manufacturer Lead Times

Some products require special ordering or international sourcing.

3M DI-NOC Architectural Finishes

Certain 3M DI-NOC patterns are supplied from domestic inventory, while others may be sourced from Japan.

For products sourced from Japan, when inventory is available, the estimated time for material to reach the United States is approximately 7–14 business days, followed by additional domestic transportation time.

Manufacturer availability and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Customers with specific deadlines should contact CrafterNV by email before placing an order to verify estimated availability.

All 3M DI-NOC orders are final and non-refundable once placed, subject to legally required remedies and rights relating to non-shipment, material fulfillment delays, defective products, or incorrect merchandise.

9. Final-Sale & Non-Returnable Products

Certain merchandise is designated FINAL SALE because of its product characteristics, custom preparation, manufacturing requirements, or special-order status.

Final-sale categories include:

Vinyl Striping

Products within the following collections:

• Economy Vinyl Striping

• High Performance Vinyl Striping

• Reflective Striping

• Paint Mask Striping

• Lumina 2800 Mirror Finish Striping

• Lumina 3300 Imitation Leaf Striping

Acrylic Sheets & Sign Blanks

Clear acrylic sign blanks designated as final sale, including products cut, drilled, fabricated, or otherwise prepared to customer specifications.

Custom-Cut & Fabricated Materials

Products cut, trimmed, punched, fabricated, printed, or modified specifically for a customer's order.

This may include vinyl films, laminates, plastics, acrylic, ACM panels, sign substrates, and other converted materials.

Special-Order Products

Products specifically ordered, imported, manufactured, or sourced for a particular customer may be designated final sale.

Other Designated Final-Sale Products

Products clearly identified as final sale in their product listing or applicable purchase terms.

Important: A discounted or sale-priced product is not automatically final sale unless it is specifically designated as such.

Final-sale products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to incorrect customer selection, changes in project requirements, or a change of mind.

These restrictions do not eliminate rights or remedies required by applicable law for defective, damaged, incorrectly fulfilled, or undelivered merchandise.

10. Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to prior approval.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by CrafterNV.

Standard approved returns are subject to:

• A 20% restocking fee.

• Customer-paid return shipping.

• Original packaging and unused product-condition requirements.

• Applicable final-sale exclusions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Verified defective merchandise, shipping damage, or CrafterNV fulfillment errors are reviewed separately and are not subject to standard restocking fees where CrafterNV is responsible or applicable law prohibits them.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method following receipt, inspection, and approval.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may enter warehouse or manufacturer processing shortly after submission.

Customers should contact CrafterNV immediately if an order requires correction or cancellation.

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once processing begins.

Custom-cut, fabricated, personalized, and special-order products may become non-cancelable when cutting, fabrication, preparation, or manufacturer ordering has begun.

3M DI-NOC orders are final and non-refundable once placed, subject to applicable law.

Orders already shipped cannot ordinarily be canceled and are handled under the applicable return provisions.

Nothing in this section limits legally required cancellation or refund rights for shipment delays, non-delivery, or other qualifying circumstances.

12. Manufacturer Warranties & Product Performance

Certain products sold by CrafterNV may carry warranties offered by their respective manufacturers.

Warranty availability, coverage, limitations, registration requirements, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product.

Manufacturer warranty coverage does not necessarily include labor, removal, reinstallation, consequential damage, or improper application.

Customers should review the applicable manufacturer's published warranty and technical documentation before installation.

CrafterNV does not independently guarantee product performance beyond any express commitments we make and rights provided by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, CrafterNV disclaims warranties not expressly provided or otherwise legally required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

13. Installation, Misuse & Product Compatibility

CrafterNV is not responsible for losses caused by improper storage, installation, handling, modification, or use of products contrary to manufacturer recommendations, to the extent permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for confirming product suitability before application.

Examples include:

• Using films on incompatible substrates.

• Applying materials outside recommended temperatures.

• Improper surface cleaning or preparation.

• Incorrect electrical connections or power supplies.

• Improper printer, ink, or media compatibility.

• Failing to follow manufacturer installation and maintenance guidelines.

Customers should perform appropriate compatibility tests when recommended by the manufacturer.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CrafterNV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products sold, including lost profits, business interruption, or project delays.

To the extent permitted by law, CrafterNV's liability for claims relating to a particular product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable claims involving personal injury, fraud, or other protected rights.

15. Website Accuracy & Availability

CrafterNV makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current website information.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms or purchases made through CrafterNV may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts serving Washoe County, Nevada.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising rights relating to jurisdiction, venue, or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
