DPF 8200 High Tack is the non-air-egress version of this high-tack family. Choose it when aggressive adhesion to a demanding surface is the priority and X-Scape air-release channels are not required. Heat can help conform the film to slight contours and textures; test the actual substrate first.

Printing & Installation Guidance

Use a current media profile appropriate for the printer and ink system. Allow solvent or eco-solvent prints to outgas as required before lamination. Clean and test the actual substrate before production; paint chemistry, surface energy, texture, contamination and environmental conditions can materially affect adhesion. Pair the graphic with an Arlon overlaminate appropriate to the film and application when added abrasion, UV or surface protection is required.
