PARTITE® 7302 is a two-part methacrylate structural adhesive from Parson Adhesives for professional fabrication and assembly. PARTITE methacrylates are designed for high-strength bonding of compatible plastics, composites and metals, making the family particularly useful in sign fabrication, channel-letter and light-box assembly, transportation and other industrial production environments.

Why Use a Methacrylate Structural Adhesive?

Methacrylate systems are selected when an assembly needs structural strength, useful gap-filling capability and adhesion to compatible fabrication materials. Different PARTITE grades vary in working time, viscosity, color, mix ratio and substrate range, so select by the actual production requirement rather than treating the series as interchangeable.

Cartridge & Mixing Guidance

Use a dispensing gun and static mixer sized for the exact cartridge and mix ratio. A 10:1 cartridge requires 10:1 dispensing/mixing hardware; a 1:1 cartridge requires 1:1 hardware. Do not interchange mix-ratio equipment. Purge and dispense according to current Parson instructions to obtain a properly mixed adhesive.

Are all PARTITE grades the same?
No. Grades differ in mix ratio, working time, viscosity, color, cure profile and substrate compatibility.

Can I use a 1:1 mixer on a 10:1 cartridge?
No. The dispensing gun and static mixer must match the cartridge configuration and specified mix ratio.

Should I test sign plastics before production?
Yes. Acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, PVC, composites, coatings and painted metals can behave differently. Verify the exact PARTITE grade on the actual materials before production.
