Designed for detailed apparel graphics

The pressure-sensitive carrier helps hold small elements in place while you weed a design. EasyWeed supports layered graphics and offers a one-second tack for positioning layers before the final application. It is a solid-color cuttable HTV, so designs are cut from the film rather than printed onto it.

Choose punched or unpunched for your cutter

Punched rolls have sprocket holes along the edges for compatible pin-feed or sprocket-feed cutting equipment. Unpunched rolls are intended for compatible friction-feed cutting equipment. These feed formats are not interchangeable. Match the roll width and feed type to your cutter before ordering. Punched configurations are identified by FDC series 9065; unpunched configurations use series 9015.

One yard equals three feet: 5 yards is 15 feet, 10 yards is 30 feet, 25 yards is 75 feet and 50 yards is 150 feet. Some EasyWeed colors are special-order items; listed options do not establish immediate stock or shipment availability.

Fabric compatibility

Use on compatible untreated cotton, polyester and cotton/polyester blends. Treated fabrics and dye-sublimated textiles are excluded by the FDC-linked EasyWeed technical sheet. Perform a test application on the actual garment before production, especially when coatings or dyes may affect adhesion or appearance.

Heat-press application

1. Mirror the design and cut with the carrier side down. Perform a test cut and adjust the blade and cutter settings to the actual material.
2. Weed away excess film, leaving the design on its carrier.
3. Preheat the garment for 2–3 seconds.
4. Position the design and cover with a heat-transfer cover sheet or multipurpose paper.
5. Following Siser North America’s guidance, press at 305°F / 150°C with medium pressure for 10–15 seconds.
6. Peel the carrier hot or cold. If an edge lifts, cover the design and press again for 5–10 seconds.

Washing and care

Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash. Machine wash cold with mild detergent and follow the garment’s care instructions. Siser permits a normal dryer setting, does not recommend liquid fabric softener and advises against dry cleaning.

Yes. Use the short tack step to position layers and follow Siser’s complete layering process for the final press. Do not apply these instructions to a different HTV series.

Which size should I buy?

Start with the cutter’s accepted roll width and feed system, then choose the length needed for your work. The punched designation describes the feed holes, not holes throughout the graphic.
