Material & Performance Specifications
UltraWeed™ is constructed from polyurethane (PU) with a high-tack, clear carrier. Material thickness ranges from 90–100 microns (0.09–0.10 mm), offering an excellent balance of durability and flexibility. The film is engineered for consistent results across everyday garment decoration applications.

Compatible Fabrics
UltraWeed™ HTV is compatible with 100% cotton, 100% polyester, cotton/poly blends, and Lycra®/spandex blends, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of apparel projects.

Application Guidelines
For single-color applications, apply at 260–300°F for 12 seconds using medium pressure and peel hot. For two-color designs, press the background layer for 2–3 seconds, then apply the foreground layer for the full 12 seconds at 260–300°F with medium pressure and hot peel. When using a Hotronix® 360 IQ™ Hat Press, apply for 45 seconds with an upper temperature of 280°F and lower temperature of 320°F using medium pressure, peeling warm or cold with a 1/8" foam pad. Garments containing 50% or more cotton may require temperatures of 280°F or higher.

Care & Storage
Finished garments should be machine washed inside-out using mild detergent. Do not use bleach or dry clean. Tumble dry using normal household dryer settings. For best shelf life, store UltraWeed™ HTV in a cool, dry environment between 65–70°F with approximately 50% relative humidity, away from direct heat and sunlight. Recommended shelf life is one year.
