Delivering all the benefits of traditional heat transfer vinyl with added depth, Soft Foam creates standout graphics on t-shirts, hoodies, spirit wear, and athletic apparel—perfect for brands and teams seeking elevated texture and visual impact.

When heat applied, Soft Foam becomes soft and pliable, forming a subtle raised profile with an ultra-matte finish. Available in textured color options, this PU-based HTV is designed for standard placement and graphic applications and can be layered only on itself. It’s also laser cutter compatible and works seamlessly with the Stahls Rip-Away Appliqué™ Process, giving decorators added creative flexibility while maintaining clean, professional results.
