Lumina 2100 high performance striping in Vibrant Green is a 2 mil cast PVC film for vehicle accents, architectural signs and long-term lettering. Order the pre-cut stripe width and roll length needed for your job. The flexible construction follows suitable curves, rivets and corrugations.

Applications and compatibility

Use for sign borders, cut lettering, transportation graphics and decorative stripes on suitable substrates. This is adhesive sign vinyl, not heat-transfer material for clothing. Both electronic cutting and thermal-transfer or screen-printing processes are listed by FDC. Solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV inkjet printing are not listed as compatible.

Choose your roll

Select the width and length from the Size menu. Ten yards equals 30 feet; 50 yards equals 150 feet. You receive the selected narrow roll, not a full-width master roll. Check your cutter's minimum media width and pinch-roller placement before feeding narrow stripes.

These rolls have no sprocket holes. Series 2200 is the separate punched configuration and is not interchangeable with unpunched friction-feed material.

Application and care

Clean and dry the compatible surface, remove contamination and test adhesion before completing the job. FDC permits wet application for this series; follow its installation instructions for the chosen surface. Keep the film and substrate within the specified application temperature. Use suitable application tape for cut graphics and allow for trimming and alignment. Clean installed graphics gently and avoid abrasive cleaners or concentrated pressure-washer jets at exposed edges.
