The Plasticade® Type I Barricade is a lightweight, durable, and MASH Accepted traffic control barricade designed for construction zones, road work projects, parking lots, utility work, special events, and pedestrian safety applications. Manufactured from rugged all-plastic materials, this barricade eliminates the common problems associated with traditional wood and metal barricades, including rust, painting, splintering, and bent legs.

Designed for long-term outdoor use, the Plasticade® Type I Barricade features a molded hollow construction that can be internally ballasted and includes a sandbag bar for additional stability when needed. Locking hinges keep the barricade securely open during use, while molded carrying handles and stacking lugs make transportation and storage simple and efficient.

Available with multiple reflective sheeting options including Engineer Grade, High Intensity Prismatic, and Diamond Grade, the Type I Barricade meets MUTCD standards and has been tested and accepted under MASH requirements when used with a lightweight warning light.
