Use your vinyl cutter to easily create soft, dimensional designs with a cloud-like finish. This special effect HTV starts smooth and flat, then puffs up and takes on the texture of your garment once heat applied.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

• Designed to only withstand one heat application. Repeated applications will "flatten" effect permanently. It is recommended to apply Puff last when used with other materials.

• Material takes on the texture of the garment that it is applied onto.

• Material works best for cutting simple shapes and large elements. Small cavities will get swallowed up by puffing process.
