Not only does Soft Foam HTV offer a premium aesthetic, but it also delivers on performance. Made from high-quality polyurethane (PU), this heat transfer vinyl is soft and pliable when heat applied. It is compatible with our Stahls' Rip-Away Appliqué™ Process, allowing you to layer it on itself for multi-color designs.
The application process is quick and easy. Simply heat apply the Soft Foam HTV for 15 seconds at a temperature of 300°F/150°C with a pressure of 3-4 Light/Medium (32 psi). For two-color designs, apply each layer for 15 seconds at the same temperature with medium pressure (45 psi). Peel warm for a smooth finish.
You can even use the Hotronix® 360 IQ™ Hat Press for applying Soft Foam HTV to hats. With a time of 45 seconds, upper heat of 280°F, lower heat of 320°F, and medium pressure, you'll achieve professional results. Peel warm or cold, depending on your preference.
When it comes to care, Soft Foam HTV is durable and long-lasting. Machine wash your garments inside-out using mild detergent, and avoid bleach and dry cleaning. Dry them at a normal setting on household machines for best results.
For optimal storage, keep Soft Foam HTV in a cool and dry area with a temperature of around 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit and 50% relative humidity. Protect it from direct heat, sunlight, and humidity to maintain its quality. Recommended shelf life is one year.
