ASLAN DFP 45 WrapTheHouse Printable Textured-Wall Vinyl – Gloss White

ASLAN WrapTheHouse DFP 45 is a digitally printable, removable gloss-white PVC film designed for decorative advertising graphics on rough interior and exterior walls such as brick, stucco and plaster. Its weatherproof adhesive makes it possible to create wall murals and façade graphics without conventional banner frames or mounting systems. It is a wall-graphics film, not a pedestrian floor film.

Printer and ink compatibility

ASLAN lists solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV-curable and screen printing as supported. Confirm ink compatibility, curing and print profiles with the selected printer and work environment.

Key manufacturer specifications

• Face film: White glossy printable PVC, about 3.15 mil (80 microns) thick.
• Adhesive: Removable pressure-sensitive polyacrylate, designed for textured walls.
• Liner: Stayflat silicone-coated paper, polyethylene-coated on both sides.
• Recommended surfaces: Suitable rough facades, brick and stucco; test adhesion and removal on the actual wall finish.
• Outdoor durability: Up to 3 years in the manufacturer's stated conditions when fully applied using heat.
• Removal and repositioning: Can be repositioned during installation; removal performance depends on exposure, application method and substrate.
• Lamination: ASLAN indicates that no additional protective overlaminate is required for its stated application; evaluate ink and project requirements separately.

Installation guidance

Prepare the wall as directed and follow ASLAN's heat-assisted application procedure. Application heat around edges may be enough for short-term installations; full-surface heat application is required for the stated maximum outdoor durability. Surface texture, coatings, moisture and contamination can affect adhesion and later removability; test before installing a large mural.
