Creating an account on CrafterNV.com automatically enrolls you in the program. Once you're logged in, you’ll start earning points on every eligible purchase.
You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend.
When you have 100 points, rewards will automatically appear in your Rewards widget.
Choose the reward you want, click Redeem, and you’ll receive a discount code that can be applied at in your cart before you check out.
No — Shopify only allows one discount code per order, so only one reward can be used at a time.
Yes. Points expire 1 year after the date of the order they were earned from.
Each order generates its own set of points with a separate 1-year expiration timer, so older points will expire first while newer points remain active.
Yes — points apply to all eligible purchases, including discounted items, unless otherwise stated.
No — points are only earned on the product subtotal before tax and shipping.
Click on the Rewards widget (usually located in the bottom corner of the website). Once logged in, you’ll see your total points, available rewards, and activity history.
If you cancel or return an order, any points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account.
If you used points to redeem a reward on that order, those points will be refunded back to your account once the return or cancellation is processed.
If you redeemed points but didn’t complete the order, you can manually restore them:
Open the Rewards widget on our website.
Click My Account or Points History.
Select the option to Revoke Points for the unused reward.
This will immediately return the redeemed points back to your balance.
No — loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
Points can only be earned on orders placed directly through CrafterNV.com using your logged-in account.
Yes — points are tracked to your customer account, so be sure to create and log into your account before checking out.
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points become redeemable once you reach 100 points, which equals $1 in savings.
This means each point is worth $0.01 toward future purchases.
You can redeem up to $250 worth of points per order.
Some items have a manufacturer-enforced minimum sell price, which means we are not allowed to discount them—whether through coupons, rewards points, or other promotions.
Brands like 3M and all ink products often fall under these pricing restrictions, so points cannot be applied to those items during checkout.
