With its exceptional stretch and rebound properties, this lightweight heat transfer vinyl is perfect for decorating difficult fabrics like Lycra®/spandex and nylon without the risk of scorching.
No need for printing, simply cut and apply to achieve a stunning "liquid glass" look. The gloss finish gives your designs a professional and polished appearance that is sure to catch everyone's attention.
What sets this heat transfer vinyl apart is its low application temperature, making it safe for even the most sensitive materials. You can confidently apply it over a material for a tone-on-tone effect, creating a seamless and elegant design.
Compatible with solvent inks using a print/cut system, this heat transfer vinyl is not compatible with inkjet or laser printers. For best results, use it with our Stahls' Rip-Away Appliqué™ Process.
In addition, we recommend using a Silicone Upper Platen Cover to protect heat-sensitive garments from imprints and scorching.
Made from high-quality polyurethane (PU), this heat transfer vinyl features a frosted, non-pressure sensitive carrier that is easy to work with. With a thickness of 50 microns, it offers excellent durability and washability.
To apply, simply tack the vinyl for 5 seconds, peel it cold, cover and seal for another 5 seconds. Use a temperature of 280-300°F/138-150°C and medium pressure for best results.
This heat transfer vinyl is compatible with various fabric types, including 100% cotton, 100% polyester, 100% preshrunk cotton, cotton/poly blends, Lycra®/spandex blends, and nylon. It is machine washable using mild detergent, and should be dried at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Please avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
Store this heat transfer vinyl in a cool and dry area with a temperature of 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit and 50% relative humidity. Keep it away from direct heat, sunlight, and moisture to ensure its longevity.
