Crafted from polyurethane (PU) and featuring a frosted, pressure-sensitive carrier, this HTV comes in a thickness of 92 microns, providing the perfect balance of flexibility and durability. It boasts a stretch and rebound rating of 5, ensuring your designs move and flex with you. Plus, it is CPSIA certified for safety and is laser cutter compatible, allowing for endless creative possibilities.
Applying this HTV is a breeze. For low tack application, simply heat apply for 8-12 seconds at a temperature of 280-300°F and medium pressure. Peel warm or cold, depending on your preference. For high tack application, follow the same time and temperature guidelines, but peel hot for best results. Two-color designs are a breeze too, with the recommended tack background of 2 seconds, peel warm, place the foreground on top, and heat apply for 8 seconds.
Stahls Premium Plus HTV High Tack is also compatible with various fabrics. For 100% polyester, use a heated lower platen and apply for 10 seconds at 320°F on the upper platen and 270°F on the lower platen. For fabrics with a blend of 95% polyester, 5% spandex, or triblends, apply for 30 seconds at 290°F on the upper platen and 270°F on the lower platen.

The power platen is not recommended for use with 100% cotton fabrics, and caution is advised when using blends with high cotton content. Always conduct a test application using upper heat only, and adjust accordingly to avoid scorching.
