Please note that this heat transfer vinyl is compatible with white or light fabrics only and does not require a mask. For optimal results, we recommend using our Stahls' Rip-Away Appliqué™ Process.

In terms of specifications, this polyurethane (PU) vinyl has a thickness of 37 microns (.037 mm) and offers excellent stretch and rebound properties. It is also CPSIA certified, ensuring its safety for use on various garments.

To apply, simply tack for 5 seconds, peel cold, cover and seal for an additional 5 seconds. Set the temperature between 280-300°F/138-150°C with medium pressure. For the heated lower platen, set the upper temperature at 250°F and the lower temperature at 320°F, with a time range of 12-15 seconds depending on the thickness of the garment.

This versatile heat transfer vinyl is compatible with a wide range of materials, including 100% cotton, 100% polyester, 100% pre-shrunk cotton, cotton/poly blends, Lycra®/Spandex blends, and nylon.

For care instructions, simply machine wash inside-out using mild detergent. Avoid using bleach and dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Please note that dry cleaning is not recommended.

Store this heat transfer vinyl in a cool and dry area, away from direct heat, sunlight, and humidity, to ensure its longevity. The recommended shelf life is one year, giving you plenty of time to unleash your creativity.
